New York Yankees: Alex Rodriguez's delusions of redemption

In Alex Rodriguez's warped mind, his legacy has been tainted by Major League Baseball and the New York Yankees, who conspired to run him from the game. 
And now even the Major League Baseball Players Association is on his hit list because it did not fight hard enough for him. Rodriguez still feels he can play at a high level and further believes that he can redeem himself on the field. This is a vision of grandeur indeed.

Kershaw extension shouldn’t impact Dodgers’ plans with Tanaka

Ramona Shelbourne of ESPN.com broke the news via Twitter that the Los Angeles Dodgers and Clayton Kershaw have come to an agreement on a seven-year, $215 million contract with an opt-out clause after the fifth year. Will it come at the expense of Masahiro Tanaka?

I’m not going to rant and rave about the National Baseball Hall of Fame voting, but with the election results just around the corner, it is worthy of at least a short discussion.
